The Peachtree Hills Civic Association (“PCHA”) provides information on this website as a service to its users and its members. In using this website and its member-to-member transactional features, you, and not PHCA, are responsible for your own decisions and actions. Your use of the “Members Offering Services” feature (the “MOS Feature”) does not make PCHA a placement agency, representative, or agent of or for you or any other neighbor or service provider. If you and another member or user decide to work together, the two of you, and not PHCA, are responsible for checking references and complying with any laws that might apply. You further release PHCA from all liability for you having acquired or not acquired content or information through the MOS Feature, and you access and use the MOS Feature at your own risk. The MOS Feature is provided on an ‘as is, as available’ basis without warranty of any kind. PHCA shall not be liable for any loss resulting from use or unavailability of information on or in connection with the MOS Feature. This disclaimer applies to any damage or injury resulting from negligence or omission of PHCA. PHCA is not liable for criminal, tortuous, or negligent actions or omissions of third parties that affect the MOS Feature. In no event will PHCA or any of its directors, officers, affiliates, agents or assigns be held liable for any tortuous or illegal conduct of other users. In no event will PHCA or any of its affiliates, agents or assigns be held liable for any damage to property of users or personal injury that arises in connection with use of MOS Feature.
